  • 4- 360 degree virtual tours included in MLS, Realtor.com, website and link on all flyers
  • Realtor.com ENHANCED listing w/extra photos & descriptions. #1 website- home searches.
  • Additional listings on: Craig’s list, MSN Real Estate, Yahoo Real Estate and Homestore.com
  • Full color custom designed brochures. Both outside & inside home.
  • Realtor Caravan-Open house for agents. Property presented at realtor “pitch” session.
  • Wireless lockbox- notifies my office when an agent used the lockbox to show the home. I send a weekly report to all my sellers with agent feedback, showings information and agent activity. *Wireless lockboxes are used when home is not shown by appointment, to track agent information and showing times/dates.
  • Weekend open houses (optional)
  • Assistance in reducing closing costs. Distinctive homes, being a mortgage banking company as well, allows us to get priority pricing for all your escrow and title fees. Average savings of $500. per client.
  • Order & coordinate all necessary inspections
  • Marketing flyer sent to over 1200 active agents in San Diego County
  • Custom mailing-Postcards (full color) sent to over 500 homes announcing the new listing
